TroopMuster is a volunteer management platform operated by CAP Creative Solutions. We help organizations coordinate volunteers for events and shifts.

2. Information We Collect

Account data: When you create an organization account we collect your name, email address, and organization name.

Volunteer data: Volunteer names, email addresses, and phone numbers entered by organization admins or submitted through signup forms.

Usage data: Anonymous analytics via Cloudflare Web Analytics (no cookies, no personal data).

3. How We Use Your Information

To operate the platform and deliver the service you signed up for.
To send transactional emails (shift confirmations, reminders, cancellations) via Resend.
To send SMS notifications via Telnyx when you opt in to text reminders.
To process subscription payments via Stripe.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with the following service providers who process it on our behalf:

Supabase — database hosting (US)
Vercel — application hosting (US)
Resend — transactional email (US)
Telnyx — SMS notifications (US)
Stripe — payment processing (US)

5. Data Retention

Organization data is retained for the duration of your subscription and deleted within 90 days of account closure upon request. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Contact us at the address below.

7. Cookies

We use only functional httpOnly session cookies required for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

8. Security

We use industry-standard practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security on our database, and httpOnly cookies for session management.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
